Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book with Look Both Ways, delivered by Amy Brill and Cat Fairman of The Brill Collective ("we", "us"). The top line is below. A full set of terms is available on request.

• The Programme runs for six weeks from the start date on your booking confirmation. It includes a minimum of one live online session each week, access to our online platform and materials, recordings, a founder WhatsApp group and access to our team between sessions.
• Fees. The Programme fee is USD 1,600 plus VAT if applicable, payable in full upfront. We do not offer instalments. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never see your full card details.
• Your place is confirmed when we receive payment and email you a booking confirmation. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
• Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable once your place is confirmed. Every session is recorded, so nothing is lost if you miss one. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a refund, credit or transfer to a later cohort, at our sole discretion.
• If we cancel the Programme before it starts, or cannot deliver it, you can choose a full refund or a place on the next cohort.
• Changes. We may change session dates, times or speakers for good reason. We will give as much notice as we can, and the recording will always be available.
• The Private engagements (Private Strategy Sessions and Bespoke Advisory & Delivery) are each confirmed in writing, including scope, fee and timing.
• Disputes. Please contact us at hello@thebrillcollective.com before raising a dispute with your bank.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
