Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Look Both Ways is a growth programme for established female founders, delivered by Amy Brill and Cat Fairman of The Brill Collective ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our enquiry form: your name, email, business or organisation, country, what you're interested in and the decision or challenge you describe.
- Details you give us when you buy The Programme, register for a webinar or take the Founder Growth Score. These are collected by the providers that run those services (see below).
- Information you share with us during The Programme or The Private, such as information about your business, finances, team and plans.
- Basic, anonymous website usage data, such as pages visited, approximate country and how you found us.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To deliver The Programme, The Private, workshops and webinars you have signed up for.
- To send you information related to your enquiry or registration. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
We use your information because you have given us consent, because we need it to provide a service you have asked for, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Your business information
Founders often share commercially sensitive information with us. We treat what you share in sessions, working groups and private engagements as confidential. We will not share it outside Look Both Ways and our delivery team without your permission. In group sessions, we ask all participants to respect each other's confidentiality.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including our website and database host, our customer relationship management system, our secure checkout provider, Zoom for webinars and ScoreApp for the Founder Growth Score. Each handles your information under its own privacy terms. Where we involve specialist partners in a bespoke engagement, we will agree this with you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop us contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law.
